About Us:
We are looking for:
Lab Operations and Equipment Calibration
Support test setups that include a mouth simulator and a human body style earbud fixture.
Support testing across multiple device types, including smart speakers, phones, earbuds, watches, and other devices.
Support lab runs that include background noise simulation and position or placement changes during testing
Perform routine calibration of lab equipment including speakers, microphones, and speech analogues
Validate noise and reverberation levels within acoustic isolation chambers
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and system failures
Coordinate on-site and off-site equipment repair and replacement.

Daily lab calibration completed accurately
High lab uptime through rapid fault resolution
Well-managed vendor relationships for calibration and repair services
Reduced dependency on engineers over time as the technician becomes more independent in day to day lab operations
Higher test throughput through efficient execution of test suites and clear stakeholder communication
ART Test Execution and Results Reporting
Run documented Audio Readiness Test suites on incoming device requests and compare results to golden reference data.
Upload results and determine pass or fail outcomes based on test outputs.
Review logs and test artifacts to help isolate where issues may be occurring.
Document observations clearly and report results and failures back to engineering and stakeholders.
ART Software Validation & Support
Execute regression testing using documented test cases
Validate new functionality and device support prior to rollout
Document and report test results and observed issues to the engineering teams
Provide remote hands support for software debugging, including communication of commands executed, observed errors, and relevant logs.
Device Testing & Certification Support
Assist with device testing, A/B comparisons, and performance validation.
Increase lab throughput by operating efficiently across multiple incoming requests and maintaining consistent test execution.
Support internal teams and on-site visitors during lab usage.
Produce clear test reports with observations and log analysis.
Internal & External Lab Support
Respond to technical and policy questions from internal teams and third-party labs
Review documentation and test results for lab accreditation
Analyze logs and reproduce issues locally when possible
Provide proactive status updates on workload, priorities, and expected timelines to internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in audio engineering, acoustic labs, electronics testing, systems administration, or a related field
Basic proficiency with Linux and command-line tools is sufficient to run documented commands and retrieve logs.
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders, including upfront updates on workload and timing expectations
Proficiency with wired and wireless networking, including network-attached storage
Ability to troubleshoot and self-unblock common test failures before escalating to engineers.
Ability to write simple scripts to support lab workflows and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Experience working in acoustic test labs or controlled lab environments
Familiarity with audio signal chains, microphones, speakers, and ADC/DAC systems
Experience producing technical documentation or test reports
